Welcome back π
We had a fantastic first week of the summer term, with our half-termly plan and review sessions, RESPECT Badge assemblies and parent's evenings happening last week. It was great to see so many parents join us after school to share their children's successes. If you were not able to join us, please speak to your child's teacher who will be happy to book another appointment for you.
As we start a new term, please remember:
- To let us know if your child is unwell by giving us a call or popping into the main office,
- Dinner money should be paid to the main office,
- Children should wear school uniform every day and sports clothing on PE days,
- Book bags and reading records should be in school every day,
- Speak to your child's teacher if you have any concerns. You can also pop in to book an appointment, or give us a call.

At Woodlands, we provide a safe learning environment for all pupils. Due to some children having nut allergies, we are a nut free school.
Items that are not allowed at Woodlandsβ
Please make sure you check what your children are bringing to school. Sometimes, children pick up items from the home and bring them to school to share with others. Items such as vapes and nail glue are easily picked up and placed in a pocket. These items are not suitable for children and can cause harm.
Reception places for September π
If you have been offered a place at Woodlands for your child to start in September, please give us a call to accept your place. We are looking forward to welcoming you to school soon and can't wait for you to be part of Team Woodlands!
