Nursery visit Tropical World

The Nursery children had a fantastic time visiting Tropical world! They found out about lots of different animals and loved exploring Roundhay park. A big thank you to all the parents that came along to help – We couldn’t have done it without you!

Well done Year 2 and Year 6!

Over the last few weeks, our Year 2 and Year 6 children have been completing their SATs. We are so proud of each and every one of them and they have blown us away with their determination and hard work.

We’d like to thank our staff for their hard work and dedication, our parents for supporting us and your children to succeed and, of course, our wonderful children.

Our Queen’s Jubilee Street Party!

In June, we celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee! To mark the occasion, we will be celebrating in style by having a street party in school.

On Friday 27th May, children can come to school dressed in red, white and/or blue clothing – the colours of the Union Flag! We will be making some delicious food, decorations and playing some games. We look forward to celebrating together!

DT in Year 2

In DT, Year 2 have been working hard to plan, deign and make coin purses. It’s been tough – especially working out how to add a button – but our children have show great determination and resilience!
