As Deputy Headteacher, my main responsibilities are developing the teaching and learning across school, supporting trainee teachers and Early Careers Teachers, behaviour, personal development and working collaboratively with Senior Leaders and the wider staff team. I also update the website and our social media channels. I believe that we as teachers need to lead by example in being reflective to help us be our best selves always; doing what matters most to help the school community succeed together.
