RESPECT

Our RESPECT programme supports our set of values.

Responsibility
Engagement
Success
Pride
Enjoyment
Care
Teamwork

We promote RESPECT to ensure our children are:

  • engaged and enjoying their education,
  • caring and work well in teams,
  • responsible members of our community,
  • show respect for themselves and others,
  • successful and take pride in their achievements.

At Co-op Academy Woodlands, we all take responsibility for our actions, show engagement in our learning, share success with our peers, staff and family. At Woodlands, we all show pride in our work, our school and ourselves. In our school, we find enjoyment in all we do together. We care for everyone, no matter who they are and work as a team.

We embody the Co-op Ways of Being:

  • Do what matters most
  • Be yourself always
  • Show you care
  • Succeed together

By following RESPECT, our children earn certificates and badges. Certificates are awarded weekly in our RESPECT assembly. Badges are awarded every half term.

Badges start at green, children can progress by working hard up to our highest award the diamond badge. You can always spot our children wearing their badges, they are worn with pride.
